At LIV Golf, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
